If only blank box is shown after clicking settings, this is due to chromium new update blocking DOM manipulations. Many youtube userscripts now won't work because of this. Until this gets resolved, use Firefox or install this workaround https://greasyfork.runtimutd.eu.org/en/scripts/433051-trusted-types-helper . However, if you don't need settings, download button still works.
