Microsoft Teams Notifications

Creates browser notifications for the Web-based Teams application. Useful in Linux (in Linux notifications do not work). Tested in Chrome 66.

Good My notification is in Spanish Running this on Linux, not sure why the desktop notification shows up in Spanish.
