Clicking the speed display opens a settings menu to save the default playback speed and toggle additional UI tweaks Also adds color-coded icons for copy, thumbs up, thumbs down, edit, read aloud, and stop buttons. Highlight color for strong text is green in dark mode and violet in light mode.
