I don't see a use case? Because anyway you have to go through all opened edit pages, to perform the changes you want and check the edit notes, no? Do you have some examples when you submit all open tabs, without having passed by each one, after loading?

The use case is very obvious if you deal with digital releases a lot. For example, when importing whole discographies with Harmony.
