Can not delete Attachment from an Post

I made an update to a file and wanted to delete the old attachment of my post (https://greasyfork.runtimutd.eu.org/forum/discussion/1828/added-new-function-remove-too-small-torrents).
I get asked, if I am sure to delete it, if I select yes, a small textbox appears on the left down corner telling me "Whoops! There was an error."

I confirm this - in both FF and Chrome.
