Can you just turn on BetterTTV extension + Auto Live Chat View feature + YouTube Super Fast Chat ? Turn off all other extensions and userscripts.
Incompatible with the Auto Live Chat View feature of the BetterTTV extension. When Auto Live Chat View is enabled, the chat interface may fail to load properly and often requires multiple page refreshes to appear, especially during livestreams with a large number of viewers.
